01 How do I know my booking is confirmed?

Right after payment you see a confirmation page and receive an email with your voucher, meeting point, start time and our WhatsApp. No waiting for approval.

02 Which payment methods do you accept?

Four: credit or debit card through Mercado Pago (charged in Chilean pesos), PayPal (in US dollars at the rate shown before you pay), bank transfer in CLP, USD or EUR, and Pix for travellers from Brazil. Full days and higher tickets can also be reserved now and paid later, up to 72 hours before.

03 What is the minimum to book, and does the tour always run?

Bookings are taken from 1 person on walking tours and from 2 people on experiences with transport. Each experience shows its minimum to run on its page. If a departure does not reach it, we let you know in advance and you choose: another date at no cost, switch to private paying the difference, or a full refund.

04 In which language is the tour?

You choose English, Spanish or Portuguese when you book. All our guides speak the three languages.

05 What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start (48 hours for full-day tours and winery experiences). After that, and for no-shows, we cannot refund.
